Our 14oz polyester velour by the yard has a wonderfully thick texture perfect for fabric decorations. This 14oz fire retardant polyester velour comes in a wonderful white or black. This fabric comes in continuous yardage of up to 55 yards and feels smooth and a luxurious velour.
