The look of the fabric ribbons is similar to that of the skirts in classic ball gowns, but the blend of organza and taffeta, as well as the curl of the ribbons, allows the fabric to remain light and airy. While the white fabric pairs well with a more traditional color scheme, the overall look is fun and whimsical, just screaming party.
